Dyslexia Awareness

Dyslexia Awareness

Dyslexia is a commonly known form of neurodiversity, where individuals have difficulty with accurately and fluently reading and spelling words. Dyslexia has been studied in great detail over the years, with many interventions being developed to help dyslexic people cope in a variety of environments. It is important to recognise dyslexia as an individual’s unique way of processing information rather than a weakness or disability; dyslexic people can be incredibly successful in all areas of life despite this difference. Research continues to uncover new ways dyslexia can shape our lives, and raising awareness helps us all build better accommodations to help dyslexic people thrive.
