Gi Group Gender Pay Gap Report 2017

As part of new UK regulations Gi Group UK is publishing its first Gender Pay Gap report which has given us an opportunity to take stock of our business and understand areas where we can continue to make improvements. As well as monitoring our gender pay data over the coming years we are committed to fully understanding the factors that are driving any gaps and how we can continue to make a positive difference to closing our gender pay gap.
