GI Group is recruiting on behalf of our client in the healthcare industry, a leading provider of residential and day support services for people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional support needs.
We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join a community-based service in County Kilkenny.
Position: Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: €46,466 - €55,244 per annum

Key Requirements

• A minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies or an equivalent Health or Social Care qualification.
• At least 2 years' management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with vulnerable adults and/or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong understanding of current policies and developments within the disability and social care sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• A full clean driving licence is essential.

Additional Information

Please note that all appointments are subject to Garda Vetting, reference checks, and relevant police clearance for any country in which the successful candidate has resided for more than six months since the age of 18.
Salary Range: €47,395 - €56,349 per annum
