Intermediate Architectural Technologist
Location: Galway or Limerick (Strictly On-Site)
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 (DOE)
Role Overview
Gi Group are looking for a focused Intermediate Architectural Technologist with 3+ years of relevant experience to join a busy technical team. This is a hands on role for someone who is highly proficient in Revit and thrives in a collaborative, on-site office environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an Architectural Technologist role.
- Software: Expert Revit skills are essential. You must be capable of producing high-quality technical packages, 3D models, and construction drawings.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in either Galway or Limerick.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical detailing, building systems, and construction delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction and tender packages using Revit.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Manage BIM workflows and ensure all project documentation is up to standard.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
