Gi Group Leadership Webinar Series

Over the last few weeks, we have produced a series of webinars to support managers and leaders across all companies through these challenging times.

Thanks to everyone’s contribution, we have been able to touch a variety of topics, listed below:

– The webinar “Building resilient employees” brings up the importance of helping employees build the essential skills that is resilience; Owen Morgan – Managing Director of Intoo UK & Ireland – tells us how to ensure that our teams accept changes and emerge from difficult times like these being stronger and more motivated.

– How can we use virtual tools to create connections and managing teamwork effectively? Lindsey Byrne – Senior Consultant – will answer this question for us, and will provide some top tips to help our teams work together in “Communication: creating real connections, virtually”.
